Unfortunately i didnt catch the guys name, but tonight i had a breakdown and had someone from Westbourne motors come out and recover me and my car near Bordon and take me back home. He was such a lovely, funny guy and made the ordeal a lot less bleak. Many thanks, much appreciated!

Only used due to a company vehicle breakdown, great service, great guys to speak to very chatty whilst being recovered, simple forms to fill for ongoing loan car journey

Very grateful for their help when my electric car suddenly died at 20 miles The driver was very patient and ensured the vehicle got safely to a charging point and stayed to make sure it was charging and stayed patient, despite the car refusing to go out of park for quite a while. Would recommend this company to anyone who has a breakdown or any vehicle troubles Many thanks mainly to the driver for being so patient when the car was not working properly as mentioned and wouldn't turn on or change gear until a charger was plugged in

Very professional company, it was very responsive to my situation where I was broken down on the side of the road at 4:00 in the morning. I congratulate again this very friendly man who knows how to offer good, very sensible solutions to help his client. The company has very good equipment, for my part it was a flatbed truck 1) securing the intervention site, visibility of other road users through high-performance assistance lighting (we must have even been noticed by the moles). 2) state-of-the-art equipment to avoid the slightest damage to my car to put on the platform. 💯B💯E💯N💯 👏👏👏🙏🙏🙏

Truck driver of RX64CWN. 18:17 A33 near Popley Way. Pulled out of a stationary line of traffic and then stopped as he almost caused a pile up. Didn't use no indication and I had to abruptly brake to the point my daughter cried. Complete and utter idiot with no care in the world.

Chris is very friendly and supportive running through day to day business on site and Brian is more than happy to help and resolve queries regarding vehicles

This company are APPALLING! My car broke down last week, 9 Feb, the RAC sub-contracted them to recover it, a journey of 61 miles to my home. As it's over 40m they say they can't do it in one trip, so the car would be relayed in two trips. It is now over a week later and the car has still not been returned to me . I have had to chase the RAC and this company and so far they promised to deliver it 5 times and have failed to turn up or contact me every time. They turn off their phone and are rude when they do answer. I am considering reporting to the police that they have stolen my car!

Had an accident so was waiting around 4 8 hours which wasn't westbourne fault but just want to shout out to Benjamin for recovering me back to croydon you should be honoured to have a geezer like him working for you. Don't care what any1 says bout the guy he's a legend

Brilliant service from start to finish. We were unable to drive the car to the garage as the water pump was broken so I arranged for Westbourne to collect. All correspondence with customer services was timely and kept me updated at every step. The quote for the work was competitive and the work was completed to a high standard. I will definitely use Westbourne again and would recommend to friends and family

Westbourne Motors on the whole were very good (via Greenflag). They were quick to arrive on scene when my clutch went. Waited about 45 minutes for the recovery truck which was very good. They took my car to have the new clutch assembly fitted. They fitted this the next day and everything seems fine. The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is because they didn't answer the phone when I was trying to get an update on the car's progress. I tried several times and ended ringing up another number which was the transferred. I had been promised that they would return the car to the caravan site which they did. Otherwise good service and would recommend to people in their area.
