Very good, friendly service. Visited the show room after several cars I looked at online was from their show room. All staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, no pressure but on hand to assist. Made the whole process very straightforward and enjoyable. Will definitely use again in the future.

Bought a Mini from Ellahi Motors last Friday. The service had been excellent, no pushy salesman, I was able to do a test drive on my own which was great, communication was second to none, as is the after sales care. Would highly recommend. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful however the car we test drove was in extremely bad shape to a point the steering wheel was at a 45 degree angle. We was told the traction control light was on and that did not bother us but no body told us about the steering wheel when this is very important when driving!!!. The car was moved so knew the car had some issues should have been told instead of finding out the hard way to a point had to turn back and not completely the test drive :(

We drove a long way in difficult conditions to look at a particular car; we didn’t buy it because we subsequently found a younger, higher specification model for a little more money elsewhere. My review is simply to say if, when, I am looking for another car I would seek this company out without hesitation in spite of the distance. I’m actually sorry we could not buy a car from them, so friendly and helpful, no pressure at all.

Highly recommend this garage to anyone. Completely stress free experience from start to finish, you aren’t made to feel under pressure, saw the car and took it home the following day.
