Amazing service. I brought in my pre-built computer as it wasn't working properly, and once identifying the issue with parts provided he rebuilt the computer, cleaned and arranged it amazingly and now it runs silently!
Highly recommend, additionally Pardeep was extremely friendly and had a good chat with him after receiving my computer back 10/10 would use again

Great service as always from Pardeep. Took my very slow (and hot) 8 year old HP laptop in to have the RAM increased and the Hard Drive swapped to an SSD and it now flys!.. The fan isnt whirring all the time and the machine has been given a new lease of life. Best £125 spent this year.

Seems like you have an evens chance of getting either excellent service, or terrible. This time my experience was the latter.
Took phone in to repair USB and audio connectors, both of which had become sloppy and bad contact. Their engineer broke the back panel when removing it, so had duct-tape as a temporary measure, and I could accept that - mistakes happen. What I could not accept, is that rather than replacing the sub-assembly that included both connectors, they just re-soldered the existing (sloppy) one. Price for a new sub-assembly is £8.
So now the phone still has sloppy connections into those ports - headphones fall out easily, so the socket is not fit for purpose.
Took it up with the manager (owner ?), who admitted they were trying to save money by not replacing the part, but refused to accept any further liability.
Not a happy customer.

Great service, I took my laptop in and it was ready within 3 hours. Works absolutely fine now (needed to get the screen replaced).

Not good service - took a long time to repair laptop, and total price was almost double the quote. Poor comms too - had to call in to get any info. Would not use again

Broke my laptop screen so gave this guy a call - he said on the telephone he could have it fixed in 2 days and it would cost £95, he realised I needed it done quick so I dropped it off to him.
I then got a call the next day to say it would be ready by the next day but I had to pay extra to have it fast tracked and also the part was more expensive so the cost rose to £125.00 - I believe he jacked the cost as he knew I was needing it back quick and I didnt have time to shop around - at this point I confronted him about the change in quote, he then said he would sort something out and call me first thing in the morning once sorted - he rang the next day to say he can have it fixed that day but it would still cost £125. I then said I would come get the laptop and not have him do it - he then told me there would be a £25 handling charge! the guy advertises free estimates! I refused to pay it and got laptop back.
I cant get my head round why he tried riping me off, I would have been more than happy to pay the £95 as I had already checked the cost of screen at £45!
I the end I got the screen delivered next day from ebay for £45 and fitted it myself using a guide on you tube, took me around 7 minutes to do in total!!!
SO...... I ask why the rip off? why could he not just be happy with making a quick 50 out of me?? not good seeing as he is a local, trading in a very small village comunity!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - RIP OFF MERCHANT ALERT!
