I can't recommend this place higher. I've never seen such kindness in our hour of need. The manager stayed open so we could collect our luggage from our wrecked vehicle and let us wait in the warm office till our transport arrived to take us on our last journey home. I think he stayed for about 2 hours past his closing time. I didn't catch his name sadly but he's a Saint. I hope he sees this so he knows how grateful we are. He saved our lives bless his heart ❤️ x

Thank you for the great service! My car broke down called breakdown services for assistance, was assigned a driver to arrive any time between 5pm and 6:35pm. Wait was just an hour which was not as long as I was expecting and Lewis H who assisted me was friendly and very helpful! Thank you very much!

Tried phoning as baby seat was in car they recovered. Waited ten minutes on phone via multiple connections and messages, waited ages on hold them was cut off to say nobody to take call. Redialled and selected option for immediate recovery phone was answered immediately. Very rude woman wouldn’t let us come and get the car seat even though I explain the baby had a hospital appointment, actually she cut me off. Do not use this company.

Have a oil leak took my car to bakers and they investigated the problem and identified it straight away very efficient and friendly will be using them again great team.

I cannot praise this family run business enough. They came to the rescue when my vehicle was off the road. They recovered me from my home address within a short time of calling them. They kept me informed of the problems with my car whilst it was being repair. Never easy knowing how bad things are but they went the extra mile. Bakers are a local firm with a good reputation I've only ever used the once before years ago and they were great then. This week they came to our rescue within 2 hours when my hgv bus failed its mot before it even got to the vosa stand with a terminal brake fluid leak came with a heavy goods vehicle truck, picked up and took us to our destination the gentleman that picked us up was friendly chatty and just brilliant really I cannot recommend this company enough they are a family business Very very very fair on pricing and beat the rac hands down Highly recommend
