This is essential training and knowledge for employers and employees. Andy is a natural and authoritative speaker on the subject and his slides and materials are fantastic. As a father to children with ASD and Tourettes, It was invaluable in helping to better understand and support them at home, into work and life generally. 5-star!

We approached Andy for some support with our 12 year old son. Andy has a wealth of knowledge regarding both autism and ADHD. He has provided us the myriad of ways that autistm presents itself and has provided us with the knowledge to better understand the common autistic traits, as well as the great strengths that comes from neurodiversity. The course content is laid out incredibly well. My wife and I now have a better understanding of the challenges that our son faces every day, at the same time, providing us the skills and mindset to better understanding his needs. Andy has been pivotal in teaching my son to get comfortable with his autism diagnosis. In less than 6 months, his behaviour at school has been completely transformed. From being in trouble at school all the time to being a very happy and well appreciated pupil that no longer gets in trouble. This transformation is all due to Andy, who has taught my son coping strategies and get comfortable with himself. In addition, Andy, with his past experience has helped us navigate communication with the school and get our son the help he needed. Andy delivered some training for our staff team on neurodiversity and dyslexia. I've had the pleasure of being coached by and attending a neurodiversity training session with Andy. The coaching supported me on a personal and professional level, helping me reframe and proactively adapt my experiences to step into a new role in the company I work for. The actions I was given to reflect on after the coaching sessions has enabled me to continue to critically reflect on my next steps. Andrew provided thought provoking insight that helped me to focus on what was really important to me as an individual. As a result, I have made important changes in my work life balance. I now feel that my performance at work has improved, most importantly though, I am now spending real quality time with family and friends. I have a genuine admiration for Andrew and his work. He was flexible in his approach to me as a remote client and always made me feel comfortable to talk freely in an open an honest atmosphere that he created with ease.
